Terms of Service
At Lashing Moore, all services are scheduled by appointment only. For any inquiries, feel free to contact us via Facebook Messenger or text at (608) 480 -6137.
To secure your service time for all full set eyelash extensions, a non-refundable booking fee of half the service amount is required. This deposit will be deducted from your service cost, with the remaining balance due at the time of your appointment. We prefer payment in cash or Venmo.
Rescheduling is permitted once with a 24-hour notice. If rescheduling occurs again, a new deposit fee is necessary.
Cancellation of services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for a service without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit fee, and a new deposit fee will be required for rescheduling.
a no-call/no-show appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service fee.
We kindly ask all clients to arrive on time for their services, as lateness may disrupt our schedule. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will have their service canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Once a service has been completed, refunds will not be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policies at Lashing Moore.
Conditions and Aftercare for Eyelash Extensions
Eyelash Extensions Aftercare:
Avoid Water: Don’t get your extensions wet for 12-24 hours after application. If you do, pat dry right away and brush lashes.
Avoid Heat: To be safe, avoid excessive heat for the first couple of days (this includes saunas and steam rooms).
Care for Natural Lashes: To keep your natural lashes growing and regenerating at a healthy rate, drink lots of water and consider using lash serum.
Avoid Oily Products: Don’t use oily products near your eyes. Oil can degrade the adhesive and shorten the life of your extensions. Use oil-free aftercare products, like oil-free makeup remover, to help your lashes last.
Be Gentle: Do not rub or pull on your eyelash extensions.
Brush Your Lashes: Don’t forget to brush your lashes. Brushing both your extensions and natural lashes regularly will keep them looking full and beautiful while also clearing out any debris or bacteria.
Avoid Curlers and Mascara: Don’t use eyelash curlers or mascara.
Use Lash Cleanser: Do use lash cleanser, pat lashes dry, and brush through. Clean lashes will last longer.
